Venturi turbocharged it to stupid levels of power and even the NA versions used by Volvo and Citröen in the early nineties put out nearly 200hp, which is respectable.

The cams went bad, and in volvos, the easiest way to fix that, was to drill a hole in the firewall to pull them out through.
