I’m kind of surprised that the article only covers the use case of buying games, and doesn’t address the more obvious demographic that this actually benefits: Game Pass subscribers.

Even under the 1st Amendment, speech that is meant to incite people to violence is absolutely NOT protected. Even without any further restrictions, the kind of things happening on KiwiFarms would be able to be lawfully restricted because of the danger it posed to human life.

As a society, we have collectively agreed that there are limits to free speech.  You cannot yell “fire” in a crowded theater, and you can’t threaten to assassinate somebody.  “Hate speech” is an actual legal term because we all agree that focused hatred on and encouraging violence against specific groups of people…

In America, there is no right to not be offended.
