The writers of reality aren’t subtle lately, are they?
Pat King and Tamara Lich getting denied bail is some Canadian Heritage Moment level good news.
Not to be conspiracy minded but I wonder if the, er, actual organizers of the ‘freedom convoy’ have a few other pressing problems right now.
No authentic teeth marks, no sale.
I have been wondering about that part. Why would it be nicest moments? Wouldn’t it make more sense that the brain is going “oh shit oh shit what can we do to get out of this one? Uh, when Billy hit his hand with an axe? No that’s nothing. Uh, that time we crashed into a tree? Not seeing anything there. Remember when…
Problem: I can't see all of the boards on screen at one time, and there isn't enough space on each letter to give a good idea of what you've used and what you haven't. Makes it hard to jump between puzzles as you get close on different parts of the board.
I don’t know how other systems work, but the Hyundai system SCREAMS at you if you dare leave the car with the key. Super fun if you need to scrape snow off the car.
Knob came later. It wasn’t popping into gear, just very poor design that made it difficult tell if it was in park.
Yes those are two markets which will go nuts for a giant truck.
2020 Chrysler 300s have a totally different shifter design - the recalled ones were from 2014-2015.
Bricked and broken are two different things with a pretty meaningful difference. Broken just means it’s not working now. Bricked means it’s not working forever.
I have no doubt the Republican party is bought and paid for by Russia - hell Tucker Carlson pretty much made a play for a hosting gig at Russia Today right before the invasion - and there was definitely foreign influence in the whole convoy movement.
I never said F1 had morals, just an occasional awareness of optics.
That would be part of it, but I imagine the other part is the association with a Russian oligarch isn't super great at the moment.
That law might have gone away in 1984 but headlights still weren’t good enough to really get small at that point. Took a few years to pull that off - at some point in the early ‘90s. The ‘92 Geo Storm losing the pop-up headlight cover was probably the first instance of headlights getting small enough to completely…
You’re both correct and wrong. You’re wrong because, practicality aside, pop-ups did look cool as hell, and made cars look slicker, allowed hood lines to be lower, and aesthetically were cool. No denying this. And the action of popping them also looked very cool, as any mechanical action tends to do, especially on…
The person who said the F40 doesn’t look good with Pop up headlights is so wrong they need to either go to an optometrist or a therapist.
I hate it when I start to think a conspiracy theory is real*, but the timing of these convoys sure is something isn’t it? Like a big messy distraction right before an actual war which was also supposed to undermine the authority of western governments.
Blarg, scrolled down too fast and thought you were replying to something else. Carry on! (G/O media sucks!)
