Looks, this is real simple. The law says speeding is wrong. The law says not moving out of the left lane when somebody comes up behind you is wrong. This is not a debate. YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW.

You’re not wrong. But if the faster driver is being agressive and tailgaiting it’s probably safer to just get out of their way than become a part of an accident because you wouldn’t move and they in turn did something stupid. Not your fault or responsibility, but for everyone’s sake, it’s usually the better option.
Move to the right, and stop trying to justify your flaccid, passive-aggressive need to be the unofficial traffic cop who clogs up the left lane in a pathetic attempt to force others to abide by your interpretation of the rules of the road.
