It’s not a travel, it’s actually a genius exploitation of the rulebook. Players are allowed 2 steps after they gather the ball, but nothing in the rulebook states that the steps must be toward the basket. When he does the move correctly—and I believe he did at the end of regulation—it’s legal.

As usual Draymond gets away with technical fouls ALL NIGHT, it’s almost comical.
