Got all the new control arms, trailing arm, sways and springs installed. Got the camber at -2.5 in the front and -2.0 in the rear. Hopefully I can shave another second or two off my laps! The camber adjustments also gave me about 5 more millimeters to play with when I order some wheels/tires for the track.
From the story on the front page. Kinja won’t let me hyperlink stuff right now.
I’ve spent all morning looking for her stash. Kind of rude not to share.
Took it easy over the weekend with the car since I got new tires on the front, and I have new suspension bits going on this week before this weekends track day.
Just watch the first few minutes. Doesn’t know what the cars are, switches controls to use X for gas and then proceeds to mention how he didn’t even sign up for the beta.
I believe the size and weight has been confirmed by this one!
This thing is ridiculous and I need one. Follow the link for some info. I just wanted to post some pretty pictures.
Would drive. Idk why I like this so much.
But who else has been enduring the trash dove on Facebook the last few days? It’s amazing what can become a phenomenon.
I’m so tired of seeing the “you can buy a 1200hp Mustang for 45k” stories.
Now we know how it lost 200 lbs. Can’t help but roll my eyes after constantly hearing about the weight loss.
All signs point to it being AWD. So it lost 200 lbs? Woohoo, easier to do than you think for a car that weighs 4500 and still add that front diff.
Competition is good. Look at how geriatric the Mustang was from 2003-2009. There was no progress.
Just recently got back from Houston after spending a month there. Made some upgrades to the Camaro such as ported heads and getting the flex fuel working so I can feed it some corn.
Your disappointing team against my disappointing team.
Yours truly citizennick was the camera man. At least watch the last part if dyno videos aren’t your thing. These new ZL1's are amazing.
Already have some random giving me shit for racing a Dodge Neon SRT4 at the local 1/4 mile. Ok. Just went there for a test and tune session.
My parents lease for their 2014 Camry SE is coming to an end and they’ve been looking for a new car. Initially my Dad wanted to get into another lease, something like a Toyota Highlander, GMC Acadia or a Ford Explorer Sport. He got numbers back on a lease & purchase of an Explorer Sport with an MSRP of $51,000.
