@Gameboy70: The search button is your friend. A common refrain is how useless it is, but just tap it while in contacts and you have nigh instant access to all of your contacts, by any of their info fields. Pro-tip: it also works from the home screen.

@BenjaminDranklin: Android is meant both as a platform (vanilla Android with Market and Gapps) as well as a starting point for other projects that rely on many of the same requirements and input as phones. This allows smaller outfits to instantly have a free, well-supported OS to power their device.

God, really? Ok. One more time from the top. If you don't want to think about what phone you buy, get a fucking iPhone.

@AmphetamineCrown: You're technically right about me having to be on the defensive- though with the new congress please forgive my speaking as if it hasn't happened yet.

@Apotheosis: You know, the Evo can stop a bullet.

@jeff1dean1001: I believe the saying is, "no matter how thin you slice it, it's still bologna."

@Victor Ramos: Hey, that scientist's a frakkin' toaster!!!

@Anekanta - Re-Socialized Killbot: Haha, cracks me up. And so goes a long history of successful spinoffs. Astronomy out of Astrology, Chemistry out of Alchemy, Angel out of Buffy...
