It's not the best book I've read this year, but one of the most interesting was M. Night Shyamalan (yes, the same one) "I Got Schooled". Shyamalan has a scholarship/education foundation, and wanted to use it to identify the key characteristics all successful schools have in common. It's both research-heavy and

I find Mad Men to be even funnier the last few seasons. In fact, starting Season 4, I consider it half a comedy.

That list proves that they're actually the best, at least as far as patience is concerned.

In that vein, I don't see any reason why this can't be NBC's 21st-century answer to Homicide: Life on the Street.

I hate when everyone makes shitty cracks about people when they die, but this almost feels like a fitting tribute.

Ironically enough, this was cancelled in favor of another season of Talking Bad.

What kind of comedian repeats material? Why can't he be more like Jerry Seinfeld or Bill Cosby?

I think that's certainly possible, but as I watched it, I felt it was more of that sort of Uncle/Aunt everyone has that tries to tell how things REALLY are — your Dad's a dick, Santa isn't real, etc etc — taken to a wild extreme. I guess the seeds up the ass could suggest sexual abuse, but I'm sure there were plenty

Not if he's following lesson 105!

This was a pretty nifty little movie — almost felt like a 40s "Programmer". Thanks for the heads up Zach!

Seriously. That's shocking to me, and I watched it every week.

I like them, but I don't like them nearly as much as I love Del Toro (Cronos is fun, but has that first-film thing where it's so interested in being smart it's not always engaging and Labrythn, which I only watched once, just didn't do it for me).

I wish I could both up and down vote this.

I actually would say Pac Rim is one of the more enjoyable ones. He really does put his heart and soul into everything he does and makes incredibly deeply-felt films. His sincerity is something a lot of his contemporaries are solely lacking. Unfortunately, for me, they just don't operate on my wavelength; they're

I just wish I liked Guillermo Del Toro Films as much as I like Guillermo Del Toro.

It would certainly fit in with Disney's policy on viral stuff. Remember the Reservoir Dogs dialogue dubbed over the restaurant stuff from Muppets Take Manhattan? That was Disney.

The big Eastbound profile in Vice, from right before Season 2 premiere talks about Best a bit. If you read between the lines, it's basically confirmed by the writer and McBride.

Man, that T-1000 run is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
