Yea quite frankly, I don’t care. Havent we learned already that keeping these dictators in power is an effective way of keeping the countries stable? So the Russians want to keep Assad in power, put boots on the ground and kick the shit out of ISIS. I say Godspeed to them.

So what? The U.S. isn’t there to get rid of ISIS because they are evil scum. They are there to get rid of Assad. What’s the difference?

It doesn't matter what it was before we invaded. We invaded under false pretenses and for questionable reasons and now the region is on fire.

Interestingly enough, 90% of my Syrian friends are pro-Assad, there was peace and prosperity under his regime, now there is ISIS, Muslim Brotherhood etc...
