Does Wired actually OK the posting of their entire articles without so much as a link to the original? If not this can't be legal and If yes, why?

The real answer to this question...

And it took Apple 22 days to address this. Gizmodo compressed 22 days into what was treated like 6 months.

The quality of Gizmodo posts just continues to increase I see. . .

You can hold it how ever you want, and you are still unlikely to replicate the issues Gizmodo has felt the need to promote as the norm. Even though no reviewers were ever able to replicate it.

I'm sorry but this might just qualify for stupidest post of the year award. And for Gizmodo that is saying something.

@kasika: All of your friends are idiots! Heyooooooh!

@yoshi: issue? what issue?

After many attempts I am yet to see this issue. I look at all of these posts and assume you are all just idiots. :D

Why should Apple replace a phone that YOU broke? Word of advice. Don't drop a $600 cellphone. But its a phone I am going to drop it. You're an idiot that drops expensive things so it is up to you to replace these things.

Gizmodo just committed an act of journalism! Great post Quinn.

Erm this is a HORRIBLE terrible. . . it's not a good deal. There is almost no situation that AT&T won't offer a partial subsidy when getting a new iPhone. And an Apple store will almost always do an out of warranty replacement for $199/$299 anyway if their is water/significant damage to the phone. . .

iPhone 4 can be damaged [NO SHIT]

Selling an iPad everything 3 seconds until the day the iPhone is released probably won't hurt the stock too bad.

Backblaze is a great company. They gave away their storage pod design in great detail:

Why in the hell are you guys putting your water mark on Apple's photos?

You guys are scumbags. . .

I am sorry but this is just a non-issue. . .

The camera is incredible. But I am sorry, that man does not now how to direct a damn thing. A still photographer does not a D.O.P make. . . .
