What does?
What does?
“the genders”
Really? You think that a better tax bracket is a “benefit” compared to loosing your health and finances? I don’t think that financial coercion is feminist. Why do you?
I stated repeatedly that studies show that married men are even more wealthier and healthier than unmarried men. So yes, marriage is still a controlling factor.
They are wealthier because their bosses see them as more competent and responsible and promote them faster than any other demographic. Not because they work “harder”. Wasn’t there even an article on Jezebel about a study that showed that in academia while married women with kids were seen as less competent, men were…
I’m baffled by the fact that you yourself admit repeatedly that women loose so much when they get married and yet at the same time argue that it’s the wise choice and “feminist”.
It’s not nonsense, it’s a societal reality.
Except that those things are not equal for men and women.
Marriage is “SUPER feminist”? In what world? Are you living in a different reality?
What do you mean by “literally the same thing”?
I’m not talking about how long married vs unmarried people live. I’m talking about health and wealth in general. Plenty of these studies are performed on young couples (30s) and even newlyweds. Even in our times of “egalitarian marriages” women’s careers suffer after they married. This leads to women having less…
Marriage in its “modern state” is still an unequal institution. Studies show that married men are healthier (physically and mentally) and have better careers (and thus financial opportunities) than men who are not married. The same is not true for women. It’s the opposite actually.
Not just “historically”it still benefits men much more than it benefits women.
I’m going to get eviscerated for saying this, but here it goes:
Maybe. I’m talking about the sidewalk seen from 0:26 till the end of the video. What about you?
Really? A sidewalk missing half its pavement would be in the top 10% sidewalks in your town? Where do you live?
That’s a pretty horrible sidewalk.
How is stripping comparable to being an Uber driver?
“That’s cute.”
“You are amazing.”
