What do murderers have to do with this? They are completely different crimes from sexual harassment/groping by a teacher.

?

How would men benefit from destroying a system upon which their whole success in society is built? They would loose, and they know it. Why are you trying to pretend otherwise.

Are you really going to pretend that women are as much danger to girls as men are?

Your entire argument is “Yes, clothing is irrelevant, but I believe that most of the world doesn’t know this fact and does in fact, believe clothing to be a factor in sexual harassment.”

Except that literally no one who addressed me here had a point that addressed the problem. They all apparently live in some fantasy world where girls are not sexualized and where women are never blamed and shamed for the inappropriate behavior of men. I don’t live in that sort of world. Do you?

The dress-code there is mostly based on their religious convictions and so are their courts and laws. I’m not sure about what kind of sexual harassment laws they have over there. If I remember correctly, according to the Islamic law a man can only be convicted of rape if there are (two?) male witnesses. I don’t know

I already mentioned my problems with modern, “inclusive” feminism in the other comments on this thread. You’re free to read them if you like.

No they didn’t. Women fought for their right to vote. Please read about the history of the suffrage movement. Men didn’t just wake up and say “what a nice day to give the ladies some rights”.

What the hell are you even talking about?

Maybe I use obtuse a lot because that’s what a lot of people here are? Most internet blogs, sites are echo-chambers, meaning that people do not tend to react positively when someone states an opinion that does not fit into their belief, even if their beliefs come from a fantasy land and do not align with the beliefs

Do you constantly miss my point on purpose?

Some can criticize her, some can agree with her. That also comes with being a public figure on Twitter.

Sure they shouldn’t. But they still do. The myth of the sexy teenage temptress is prevalent in our society, it’s even in our pop culture. Clothes are considered to be an indication of the sexual willingness.

I don’t think that she’s an idiot. I think that she’s a mother of two young daughters who worries about the safety of her children.

Sure no one puts the blame on the hospital gowns. But people do put the blame on the way a girls dresses if a man behaves inappropriately with her.

Badu said it was a “man and a boy’s responsibility to control himself” and that “it’s deviant behavior to prey on young women and children.”

Tell that to, you know, the teachers that harass their students.

By trying to appeal to men feminists have watered-down feminism so much that it now turned from a women’s movement into, what I like to call, a neo-patriarchal movement. It is now actively hurting women, the people it was built by and for.

Except that a harasser will blame the victim.
