Or hell, Cerebus (at least through Jaka's Story anyway).

All of the above (Fourth World, New X-Men, Love and Rockets, X-Statix, Simonson's Thor, Bone) are great choices, and let's throw in Akira and the Alan Moore Swamp Thing while we're at it.  Or if you want to get really dense, the Keith Giffen Legion of Super Heroes reboot from the early 90's.

Enjoying Saga a lot, but loving Prophet even more (no knock on Saga, just personal preference).  Much less character and dialogue based, but the art is amazing and the concepts are really starting to come together in fascinating ways - the whole thing is a ton of fun. Still have to check out Manhattan Projects.

More importantly that being on after 10pm, SOA runs on FX which is a cable network, not a broadcast channel. The Supreme Court case authorizing the FCC's guidelines only applies by its own terms and internal logic to broadcast television.

I read The Blue World recently and enjoyed it a lot. Not big on characterization, but some fascinating speculations on potential society building. Neat stuff.

Bianca will be missed
Man, I loved Bianca, but she can't take a picture to save her life, and Jenah takes great pics. When they did the death roll of Bianca's photos, she looked like she was smelling a fart in 9 out of 10. Gorgeous girl on moving film, awful in photography.

Race
So happy to see Jason and Lorena out. Not that they seem like such awful people (unlike little blonde and cheaty guy), but because they are a typical "boring Race couple" and that type usually makes it much farther than the grandpa/grandson, father/daughter type teams.

Bianca
I love me some Bianca - she's a pisser - and feel like they're setting her up a bit for the win. One problem - her pictures are awful. The girl has never taken a really stellar picture. In fact, aside from Heather and Jenah, none of the girls are impressing me where it counts. At least last season's Britney

I think I'm actually starting to like the female "Goth" - she actually seems to be having fun which one of the most likable things an Amazing Race contestant can do. Still, the constant, rehearsed, lame Goth jokes really rankle. Normally I would blame the producers (that one guy from a few seasons ago who was a POW

Great ending to a great season
That closing montage was killer. But the best moment was Leon telling Larry to "Let him out!"

Goths or not, there is no way that those two are dating. They give off more of a "gay best friend" vibe than the eliminated team did. Speaking of which, seeing those two and the nasty couple locked in a battle for last was a true win-win situation. Almost without fail, any teams that announce upfront that their

Amazing Race
I'd also love to see coverage of The Amazing Race. Not to mention that it's guaranteed to still be on the air if the writer's strikes drags on for a while.
