This is really where the Church of Satan needs to come in and refuse to, I don’t know, sell vitamins to divorced people or some shit because it violates their religious beliefs. Religious conservatives seem to forget that when you enact laws giving powers to religion, it also means religions other than yours.

For eye makeup I use jojoba oil on a cotton round. It works great, and has the added benefit of conditioning lashes. Then I use Cerave moisurizing cleanser with a Clarisonic or washcloth, and do some micellar water on a cotton round.

I like this one, especially for dry skin.

I couldn’t find anything that would both not irritate my eyes and really remove mascara, waterproof eyeliner, etc. Lots of ill advised scrubbing at the delicate eye skin for years. In desperation one night I tried coconut oil - just the stuff you get for cooking. Fantastic. Massage it in and it gets all the stuff off

Lancome Bi-Facil: It’s stupidly expensive (30$ for 200 ml, cheaper if you buy the bigger bottles) but it’s honestly the best for any mascara/eye-makeup waterproof or not. It has never irritated my sensitive skin or eyes and takes off makeup without any scrubbing/rubbing etc. I think it’s intended to be used

I’ve been using and liking Simple Micellar Water. It’s inexpensive, so if you don’t like it at least you haven’t wasted much money.

purity from philosophy. it takes me make up off, makes my skin feel clean and doesn’t strip it. only thing i have found that can do a good job at all three.

I made my own oil cleanser. 1/2 safflower seed oil, 1/2 castor oil. I mix them together in a glass bottle, pour a little on my hands and massage it all over my face. It melts off all my makeup, especially mascara. Then, take a cloth and put it under warm/hot water, and gently fav your face to get the melted make up

After having my skin irritated by the Sephora brand makeup remover, I tried the Neutrogena wipes and they were even worse. On a whim I bought the Target brand makeup remover which is supposed to be like a neutrogena ripoff—and it works great! My sisters also started using it when they saw the big (yet affordably

I use Algenist’s Genius melting cleanser to take off my makeup, I wear a lot of make-up though and I typically use something more oil based that goes on my skin dry to get off make-up and then use a second cleanser and I still have mascara remnants on my face. That I usually get rid of with Sephora’s eye make-up

Dermalogica Precleanse. It’s expensive but a little goes a long way. It melts all makeup off your face, including the bulletproof primer I use daily!

I use coconut oil, then wash my face really well after because it makes me break out like crazy if I don’t.

Tarantino is the filmmaking equivalent of a DJ. He’s great at mashing things up but creating his own stuff? Not so much.

Every time I read an article from some Boomer complaining about how my generation is self-involved and narcissistic I want to remind them that entertainment pandering to and venerating Boomers is now entering it’s sixth decade.

“...he lacks the sensitivity to portray this in a respectful manner”

I’m just so tired of this shit. Tired of people over 50 fetishizing a couple of decades in the mid-century. Tired of edgelord stunts. Tired of drugs and senseless violence being passed off as excitement. As a culture, I think we need to get out of this rut and look to something new.

Gross, in my opinion he lacks the sensitivity to portray this in a respectful manor. I’m highly doubtful he has anything meaningful to add by making his version of this tragedy.

Clinique Take the Day Off cleansing balm. It’s awesome and takes off everything gently. Just swipe it over your eyes/face, rub a bit, rinse off with warm water. Kinda expensive but you get a huge tub of it that’ll last forever.

Laurent also suggests that intervening with his schedule is in violation of Article 8 of the European convention on human rights, because it is forcing him into “social isolation.”
