Other than radio spots, I think this was her first professional role, period.

The DVD subtitles keep all the Japanese pop cultural references intact, as I recall, so one could also just pick up the current re-release and go with that.

In season two? The sentient bible falls on a computer keyboard, and either creates a complete Biblical history simulation inside the computer or is himself digitized. Then a new kid and the robot have to go looking for the dog who fell into the simulation/portal by jumping on the Bible while it's being COSMICALLY OCRd.

Orange? Gerbert!

Won't help. Bibleman fell off the channel some time ago, though they still use it in their advertising (for the iOS streaming client, even!). You can get the Genesis series (the three metallic-coloured DVDs, not the tackier 3-in-1 sets — so far as I can tell, the extras are better and involve actual content)

Taken. Qubo had the rights from 2006 on, and GMC is running it now. Probably combination of too expensive and bad timing. SoaC did run one of their Christmas specials this past December.

Gospel Bill is still on! 3:30AM Eastern most nights (it's Upstairs Downstairs Bears two nights a week). They only seem to run a subset of the episodes, but it's not like they were vetted for problematic nature, either.
