I was thinking a tailgate with forklift capabilty designed with such complicated engineering that the truck will be delayed for years to come. 

Tesla will offer a pushbar option that utilizes the summons feature. Just press the smoking bro-dozer icon on your phone and the Tesla truck will do the rest to clear said blocked charger.

Being Bladerunner inspired, this truck will be designed to do dangerous jobs no other trucks should be doing. Have a lifespan pre-determined, and go mad and kill us all.
