Honestly, anything that burns for cooking should be vented.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I want ventilated seats to have a reverse mode that vent farts outside the car.

Odd that they chose the medium roof version for this build, and no vent for the stove. I suppose if that was the best option available at the time, then I get it, but the extra headroom would make a lot of difference.

It all comes down to cost. If you want to expose the fasteners without making the car look and feel cheap you need to use prettier fasteners. A cheap black oxide phillips screw and a plastic cap are going to be cheaper than a pretty chrome or stainless allen machine screw.
