The “no quarter” stickers, the billy club in the door pocket, the punisher skulls everywhere etc are not indications of only being a guns and Mad Max fan. I think January 6th is still very fresh in people’s minds and I guess folks (myself included) aren’t quite done venting.

The guy has “no quarter” stickers all over the place. That phrase literally translates to killing rather than taking prisoners. It sounds like he isn’t seeking common ground either.

And don’t forget the billy club and glass breaker in the door pocket.

Both are correct.

I really want to like Bollinger. Conceptually, an electric old school Defender appeals to me, but I just get over with how much they want for it. And for how expensive it is it doesn’t have the range to make useful in the ways I would need it to be.

He looks like he built this thing to run into BLM protest crowds.

The EV version is only 140hp, but with a 0-60 of 4.4 sec. it’s still very quick.

Sure he did, but you might be taking everyone’s writing prowess for granite.

Funny given, Jason’s car collection, that he would complain about RWD being wasted on a 7-seconds-to-60 car.

I’m curious why you think the Canoo is competing against the Rivian and not the CT? Seems like they are all gunning for the same customers.

One of the best things the Canoo has over the Cybertruck is that its isn’t the same size a the Nimitz.

Oh, believe me, I know, I had the pleasure of renting one to drive from Lisbon to Seville. It was just a T5 but it was perhaps the best long distance cruiser I’ve driven (although the infotainment system could use some work). Unfortunately for me I have a 12 year old inner monologue and will always want more power

Kudos for getting proper use out of your convertible; however, I suspect you are in the minority.

I suspect the biggest use case is in European (or other old) cities where a lot of businesses and residences exist in pedestrian thoroughfares and on streets too narrow for regular delivery vans.

Too bad you can’t get it with the 400hp T-8 powertrain, or in blue. Otherwise I’d be tempted myself.

Sure, it looks agressive, but so do a lot of cars nowadays. Modern Peugeots are such bores to drive. The looks write a check the drive can’t cash.

It’s a good looking bike, but without the leg-burner pipes, it doesn’t really look like a true scrambler.

Don’t worry, the Type-R will still look like a Gundam reject.

I have to wonder, is Toyota an idiot for taking this long to finally get in on EVs, or are they genius for waiting until we were on the path towards mass adoption?

If Fiat can’t make it work with the 500, a far more charismatic small car than anything Peugeot makes, bringing in tiny unfamiliar yawn boxes won’t work either.
