The apps are not the problems. They are simply a recording mechanism. If you want these to actually work, read the book, and learn how it needs to be properly implemented.

Great! I'm glad to hear! Just keep in mind that all of the elements have to be taken into consideration for it to work. Articles like this do a great disservice for women who cannot use the pill or IUDs. The author did a great disservice by not learning about how the actual app is supposed to work.

I'm sorry that things didn't work out the way you wanted them to, but please don't blame the app or Fertility Awareness Method if you aren't going to actively participate in using it properly.

Getting an IUD put in can be incredibly painful and have a long recovery time. It involves grabbing the cervix with a claw to hold it still and shoving something through it. If it's not surgery, then it's very close.
