Again, I invite you to watch a game some time. Simmons TO ratio would be cut if he could develop an outside shot. It would also result in fewer atrocious possessions like the one above.  If he doesn’t get a shot for himself, he’s gonna find himself benched for TJ again in crunch time in the playoffs.  He makes a lot

That’s my source, too.  Anyways, let’s unpack your ridiculous assertion that TOs are a bigger problem for him this year than his shot - he averages 3.5 a game right now (Giannis, MVP candidate, is at 4 pg).  If he was at 2.5 pg, presumably you’d think “Wow, that’s pretty great!”  So to you, 1 TO per game is a bigger

Nice try, he had 3 TOs, and he’s averaging 3.5 on the season.  That’s LeBron’s career average.  TOs aren’t the problem for him this year, his obvious lack of a shot and fear of taking one in crunch time is and if you watch the game, you’ll see how teams like the Thunder can exploit that.  Use your eyes, bro.

lol 3 in 36 minutes?  Dude, that’s normal, above average even.  Watch the game, bro.

Again, you gotta rewatch the end of the game.  You’re not paying close enough attention.

It’s insane at this point to say his lack of a jumper or obvious fear to shoot from three is not a problem.  Maybe you should rewatch the above gif a few times to see why it’s a problem.

“These guys created an insane amount of buzz selling the dream of a Blink 182 concert in a FEMA camp.”

But...magic. I actually think he makes them better, but there’s a stronger argument that he’s *under*achieved there given the team he can field.  You can’t even get a League Cup with the best striker in England and maybe the world backed by world class players up and down the pitch?

Remember when Spurs were trying to chase down Leicester and then had a massive meltdown in their last four games, allowing Arsenal to pip them for second?  Ah, that old Poch magic.

“I think what Wenger accomplished given his budgetary constraints was impressive and anyone who says otherwise is being foolish.”

lol at you dissing Arsenal fans while going full Wenger on how not winning trophies, actually, is still impressive.

I can’t believe he didn’t put a stop to that.

Adam Baldwin is too busy being a racist prick.

It’s too bad the clips omit Jesse Ventura’s ad libbing after WWE accidentally aired the botch on Summerslam.

“I mean on one hand doing this is just not cool.”

Who cares, it’s hilarious. These kids are probably playing it WAY too much anyways.

“Your point assumes that the cap would hamstring teams to making the same offer”

I mean all of sports history says otherwise.  Baseball kept growing even when a handful of teams were dominant.  The NBA’s growth exploded because of two teams trading titles in the 80s and thrived when one team dominated the 90s.

“but I think that the arguments in favor of a cap are better (every team has an equal chance at marquee players, teams can’t “buy” World Series rings, fuck rich people getting whatever they want, etc.)“

The MLB’s version of parity existed before the luxury tax and will exist if it’s abolished.

If they’re not profitable and can’t afford to spend, why should other teams who are more profitable and/or want to spend more money be hamstrung?
