You can get bad customer from any company. Charter for the most part has really good reps. Unfortunately not everyone at every company is good. But if you’re nice your usually gonna be just fine with the reps

I can’t say for sure but when charter bought out optimum/bresnan they were allowed to keep there plans for a while after converting. Granted the speed charter offers and prices were better but still.
