And the use tax was passed anyhow, now it’s just money the BoA can allocate elsewhere. Which if this city’s past says anything, means they’re going to find a way to blow

Only the use tax was going to go to the stadium financing. It would’ve taxed the largest businesses in the city (ones who buy products from outside the state above a certain threshold) while adding more foot traffic in the area for small businesses. The sales tax increase money was always going to be for Metrolink
