As someone who lives in a rural area where Tea Party ideology has taken root, I would call their politics a mix of objectivism, religiosity, nationalism, with a pinch of racism and disdain for the poor.

If it is legal, the employee would have to have enough evidence to prove that it was hurting job performance in order to fire you. What I find as a more interesting scenario is hiring practices. If weed was legal would it be acceptable for companies to not hire a user?
