What I'm trying to say is that if they made her any offers it would mean Sony lied about not being able to discard the contract, and that would make them look much worse than they do even now.

Although she doesn't specify who the offer was from, I think it's pretty obvious it wasn't Sony. Beside the fact that they're maintaining they're unable to break the contract, it would be beyond the scope of even their current PR clusterfuck to ask her to deny the whole thing ever happened.

I've been watching Rebels mostly because I had hope that it would maybe answer a couple questions about the sequel trilogy, but after 2 season there's about 2 seconds of a cross-guard lightsaber.
