Agreed; but if 14 of the 88 best actor awards went to black people and only 10% of the US population is black, (the academy is pretty American) this doesn't really seem to highlight any statistical problem. I find it a bit suspect that one of the people accusing Nintendo of racism seem to be calling them 'the Japanese'. Putting 'the' in front of any ethnicity automatically sounds kind of racist.
