Where is there a Cheesecake Factory in Canada?
(I once saw some American tourists loudly insisting that the little-one-of-a kind cheesecake place they'd stumbled in to was a Cheesecake Factory. (clues: if they don't open until 7pm and the owner is playing piano in the restaurant, it's probably not a Cheesecake

There are a couple near me here in BC. (one's in a mall food court)

I met her once and she seemed to be pretty much organic.

I know, right? Who even eats those? And they are too small to use as a Pepsi straw.

Just had my first In & Out about a month ago. Pretty good, not amazing or anything but I'd go back.

One of my friends drove a Vega (we pronounced it Vej-ah) in high school. One time he hit a pedestrian — didn't knock the guy down but it smashed up his front end.

Yes, Funny Girl was really neat — behind the scenes at the BBC in the 60s, I had several laugh out loud bits but it's not just comedy.

Are You My Mother? is definitely not as good. I am still wondering how Fun Home got turned into a musical…

Not everyone who liked Cryptonomicon enjoyed the Baroque Cycle — I liked some of the threads in it but some of them I just put up with, and it is so long. I have a friend who was almost permanently put off Stephenson by the Baroque Cycle. (And based on his other books I consider Stephenson to be my favourite author.)

I am not a huge fantasy novel reader, but City of Stairs was great. Looking forward to the sequel.

Yeah, I really liked reading it. Certainly I wouldn't say it's excellent literature, but the science situations were interesting and well researched (even though in a few cases he changed things to make them more dramatic), and the character voices were fun to read about although in real life they would probably be

Yeah, I rented a grey Camry a few weeks ago and parked it in a huge lot without getting the GPS coordinates, it took me at least 20 minutes to find it.

My library did, that's where I read it. It was brand new then, I don't know how it's held up since.

33 feet is not that far.

Wouldn't it be George Lazenby?

Where was he the other 2 years?
