It sounds like it’s basically the same as how product placement works except with the military instead of PepsiCo. There are reasons to be wary of it but it’s not some YVAN EHT NIOJ conspiracy.

I already have these games on Steam (paid like $8 for a bundle that also included the pre GTA-3 games) and you can probably make them look better than this remaster with mods. I’ll keep an eye out for a sale on Switch though. It’s only a matter of time and there’s no rush at all.

I’ve been holding out on playing Witcher 3 actually. I played the very beginning a long time ago on a rental. Bought it a while ago on sale and have been waiting for the next gen upgrade to actually play it. Even though I expect the difference to be negligible.

I was actually saying the same thing you’re saying. PS5 and Series X/S would’ve been outselling Switch since last year without the supply constraints. The supply constraint is still ongoing so I think the result was due to lower than normal Switch sales rather than higher PS5 sales.

Important to note this is for September when most people looking to buy a Switch was probably waiting on the OLED model. Will be interesting to see this month’s numbers.

I wanted to play Ocarina on Switch but not that much.

It makes more sense if you are planning on getting the AC dlc because that’s $25 on its own but I hope there’s an option to pay $5 for just the N64 and Genesis games.

I actually got my launch day PS5 from Walmart. It wasn’t without issue though. I wasn’t sure I’d be getting it because on launch day my pre-order status changed to delayed and my credit card had not been charged. And yet it was dropped off at my door that afternoon.
