I had a situation once where I was going up a hill passing a bunch of semi’s. My car at the time was a complete POS and didn’t have the most balls. Enough to go the speed limit but not much more.

If they waited in traffic like the rest of us schmucks they would be just one more person that doesn’t use a blinker and doesn’t know how to merge causing all…

You can also use the emergency brake so they don’t even get the benefit of a brake light for warning.

I just wanted to make a couple of points on here.

I think that would set a bad precedent if a devices data could be protected by the 5th amendment. It may start with implanted devices but who knows what future implant devices may come.
