I just made this. This is absolutely going to be a new go-to dessert for me. SUPER easy. Very eye catching and a delicious complex sweetness. I do want to try to figure out how to regulate the puff pastry for a slightly more uniform bottom/crust. But this is such a win.

I’m sure this will be great but the war correspondent aspect was part of what made this such a compelling read to me.
