I admit to making a mistake in my post. A poem is defined as having "metered verse". Poetry is expressive writing, poems being but one form. The "free verse" is a type of prose; another form of poetry.

It's tricky because the word poetry is almost always linked with the word poem. I too made the mistake in my comment.

I will admit that Bad Harmony could benefit from a better frame-rate but it's still a good parody. But I'm guessing you're not looking for a direct pony interpretation.

It's usually a series of scrolling, bullet-hell shooters starring the girls. Originally (and I think STILL) made by a one man studio. It gained popularity and is now a multimedia franchise.

Awkward Zombie was pretty good. But that last panel is completely unnecessary for the joke and saps the punchline. :/
