Nope. basically what happened was this old woman came up to the counter, barreled her way through the literally dozen of people in line, loudly yelled "I wanted cream you stupid f—-ing b-tch" at my friend, and threw the coffee cup at her (still full) before storming out.

Coffee seems to get a lot of people hot under the collar. But my experience was that everybody knew exactly what they wanted and if you deviated from what they wanted in it in any tiny way you could expect a good yelling at or (in the case of one of my friends one especially horrible Saturday morning) searing hot

No, I didn't know. I worked in fast food, never an actual restaurant. And surprisingly very little sexist or homophobic bullshit happened there. One time we had a new guy who called one of the shift managers (who was gay) a "British word for a cigarette", and our store manager had him out of there a half hour later.

Ugh, and you shouldn't have to.

I think most people wish they could see that :)

Old people. The bane of anyone working any kind of food service.

That used to be me. I used to be a total and complete DC fan. Then the Nu 52 hit and I just .... I can't, any more. I can't stand to see the characters I love turn into grim-dark caricatures of their former selves.

they finally beat them to something.

I wonder if Europeans feel the same way...

I hope they do. I don't think it'd quite be Persona (or any other SMT game) with fusion.

I'm wondering why the cord is attached to the side of the controller instead of the top.

I love both the Daily Show and Colbert Report, but every night they're almost soul crushing to watch.

I got to use one on one of the cars at my uncle's impound lot. It really is a whole lot of fun.

Comics announce character deaths all the time to boost sales. Like the death of Ultimate Spider-Man or the death of Wolverine that's going on now. It's a pretty sucky practice.

They changed that in the movie.

Literally the only thing I don't like about this whole thing is that Kotaku and its subblogs are blocked at work.

Redacted. I apologize.

They are quite adorable comics, aren't they?
