Cyberpunk’s story wasn’t all that great either, with origins literally doing almost nothing in the game. Sure the game looked good, but I got bored with it faster than Starfield, and haven’t picked it up since about the time it launched

A great year for games and Diablo IV and a remake being on the list shows how bad reviewers are now days

But BG3 and Divinity Original Sin 2 use the same game engine. Also, they kept the price at 60. I can't wait to see what they do with the next Divinity game

They cost more because they were significantly more expensive to manufacturer and produce. Once PlayStation got the scene, the price significantly lowered, except for on the N64

Spider-Man 2 was an 8 hour game for 70, and this will be significantly longer, so that's something. I wish they would have kept the 60 dollar price tags because I want the deluxe edition! I will still probably get it. Just to decide between Steam and Xbox, it will probably be Steam

I am there with you. If it hurts the publishers bottom line, that's also not my problem. If it were reasonably priced, I would have waited.

Those upgrades were free

The game is less that 5 years though, and they will charge 70 I bet

Nailed it

Sony has no imagination anymore. Your points are super valid

I guess when you don't have anything going on, remasters of games that are less than 5 years old is a think. Say what you want about Xbox, but at least they try new things

It does seem like they are straight up fleecing their customers

The way Sony and Aspyr did this was all bad. A game that has ported games was never going to be able to make a great RPG

Wasn’t going to be awesome with Aspyr. Not sure what they didn't ask Bioware or Obsidian. The only 2 studios that could have done it all

Some of these comments are fantastic, people saying they didn’t like Skyrim, yeah, it only sold around 30 million copies, totally mid game. The downplaying is incredible.

I found Starfields writing significantly better than Cyberpunk. Should have put some of that Keanu money towards the writing staff. And that's weird because I'm assuming many of those writers worked on the Witcher series. Bethesda really does need to work on their writing as well. Who plays games because a celebrity

You do, it's why you logged in to comment

Bigger doesn't mean better. This just seems like too much. This huge amount of space will be filled with the same quests over and over again

And this developer is working on the KOTOR remake, going to be a bomb! Not the bomb mind you
