@thisisasignin: Overtime would be considered hours above the standard workweek. However you may have to take an additional break if you are working around dinnertime, I'm not sure about that.

At work I check email pretty much as soon as it comes in unless I am out of the office. I check my RSS feeds about hourly.

I think that as with a lot of things people are resistant to change. In general people don't want to bother to take the extra few minutes to set up a system and use it. Once a system is in place and you are used to it you actually save time.

I've run Vista since the beta last summer, switching to Enterprise as soon as it was available. The only problems I has were when it was still in beta. I love LastTab! But I have to give myself a big old *headslap* because I never used the ctrl-tab feature of it before. The reason I had it installed was I like to go to the last tab I had opened when I close a tab instead of just going to the one immediately to the left. Thanks for the tip!
