Circumcision IS genital mutilation. What else could it be? The fact that it doesn't mess up male genitals as much as FGM messes up female genitals is irrelevant. I am surprised that more feminists are not outraged by circumcision. It is, after all, making decisions about other people's bodies without their consent.
