Ghost moment aside this is such a strong episode.  Don momentarily grasping Peggy's hand was just perfect.

Just watching season 1 again.  The Annie story is great, Troy's breakdown was perfect.  The B story on the other hand feels a little laboured.

Documentaries - like real movies but with ugly people.

Not my favourite episode.  Thought the first half tone was unnecessarily jarring, Don's behaviour at the awards not fitting where his character currently is emotionally.  However the last 20 minutes were much stronger, particularly the scene with Peggy and Don in his apartment.

Meh - all felt very average.

Lane asking what percentage of the cinema audience are getting handjobs is one of my all time favourite Mad Men moments.

A welcome return after some recent shoddy episodes, mainly thanks to the fact Barney is single again.

About time that relationship ended.  Back to form after a disappointing previous episode.

Fitting end to an astonishing season.

An episode which perfectly captured the panic and confusion that must've been felt at the time.  Still find it absolutely bizarre that the security with Oswald was so lax.

Hot damn Hamm - his finest hour.

Way behind the rest of you on this - watching season 5 for first time.  Barney and Robin simply don't work as a couple, the audience lose too much comedy that we got when they were single.

Barney is so dull now he is tied down to Robin.  Weakest episode I have watched so far.

Just watched this episode for the first time - OK the A story was just OK but the 2 poems within the B story were tear inducingly funny.  Is inducingly a word? I say yes.

An A episode for me on first viewing.  The Dean's total collapse near the end had me shaking my head in wonder - it was perfectly done.  Add that to Jeff's immersion into the bald world and Britta/Troy's Kubrick esque level of takes for the hugging scene and it all meant another truly memorable episode.

This is just starting to feel a little tired although I am appreciating that Sheldon is at least progressing a little as a character with his relationship with Amy (easily the best thing on it now).    It appears to me they've run out of ideas for the other male characters.  Maybe the Howard going into space story

That doll in the picture freaks me out.

At least you guys got 'live' episodes over in the States.  Here in the UK the 1st season was on some random minor channel before disappearing completely.

Working my way through the entire Mad Men ahead of Season 5.  This episode was even more astonishing than I previously remembered.  Sally's slippery slide, Peggy soaring onwards and upwards and that dance sequence (particularly Pete continually glancing towards his elders for approval) - the very definition of an A

An average episode from an average season.  For some reason Sheldon's hair is weirding me out, it looks painted on at times.
