The thing about Leslie that I liked is that she didn’t ignore the trolls. I swear every white boy with an opinion tells any women or POC to “not feed the trolls.” I’m so tired of that. It hasn’t helped, it doesn’t make it better.

I understand someone lost a child and they are upset. But, at no point is ever acceptable to say and do what she did. I’m a reporter (for a paper not TV) she was doing her job. This wasn’t just a shooting, it was a shooting with police involvement. Which is a big deal. At no point was this reporter in the wrong.

This helped a lot and is beautiful.
