It’s Twitch Chat. They definitely should be well aware that their chat is absolutely full of cancer 9 out of 10 times. This shouldn’t be a surprise to absolutely anyone who knows even the bare minimum about Twitch chat. They will always use things offensively. As soon as I saw that emote, I knew it’d be used for

Seriously. I’m not black, and I could eat Fried Chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it would STILL be my fave food ever. I think anyone not a vegetarian LOVES fried chicken, so I dunno why it’s associated with black people, stereotypically. That being said, KFC is the lowest tier of fried chicken.

I would shit my pants if it was Korra. I love LoK. With her ability to go to the spirit realm, perhaps that could be tied to one of DBS’s universe?

Oh I’m kidding, it’d never happen, but MAN... that would be amazing.

Nier is clearly more JRPG than Horizon is RPG. I mean comparing the two, it’s obvious. There’s games having RPG elements, like Horizon, and games that are made up of RPG elements, like Nier. If you really argue about it all day, both are essentially action rpgs.

While I’m not completely against what you’re saying, Nier Automata has a lot of rpg elements. Your characters level up, enemies have hp that show up as hp damage like jrpgs, you talk to people exactly like any JRPG and do side quests for them like JRPGs, your characters have customizable gear with different perks,

That’s a one off. In most instances however, you’re gonna go with rockets. Mercy is a boss killer. Other than that, it’s way too situational.

The real turnaround will be when they get rid of the two Primary system and go back to Primary, Special, Heavy. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, there’s no reason to use Shotguns, Snipers, Fusion Rifles outside of literally gimping your potential for some semblance of variety.

To each their own. I prefer the linear over mundane open world BS. My fave parts were all the dungeons, which were, what? Linear. But they had structure, and something interesting happening at the end of them.

While I disagree about what is vastly superior or whatnot (I love both games in about equal measure): you absolutely can’t deny what FFVII did for SE. It is absolutely their biggest game back then which become an instant fave with a huge following. Chrono Trigger is a cult classic, sure, but not the blockbuster mega

To be completely homest, it’s not so much about nostalgia, but rather that the fliter used is really cancerous, and the menu system, and text choice is really garish. I don’t think anyone with an eye for aesthetics would consider the PC version to look remotely ok. I’m all for a different selection for filters for old

‘compared to’, not ‘supposed’. I dunno what my hands type at times. I apologize.

To add to the latter, let’s give another example: FFVII. You start in a huge city, then you literally travel the world. Continents to other lands. Deserts, tropical islands, the ‘far east’, the frozen north, etc. All with a bunch of plot points and story beats. FFXV, the loading screen shows literally almost the

I’m not disagreeing. XIII was my least fave FF after II (haven’t played V or XII), but it was still FF to me. The battle system was serviceable, the graphics were distinctly FF, the cliches, etc, were all very FF.

Well, not to say I loved XIII. I think it was passable at best. FFXV on the other hand shouldn’t have been called Final Fantasy anything.

PC for SURE.

I prefer XIII to XV by a huge stretch. Go figure. It actually had a story and felt like Final Fantasy despite the really linear map design.

Oh sweet merciful Jesus, please be a remake. VP is still in my top 10 video games of all time. I have played VP1 so many times, and it remains as amazing as the first time. A full on remake would be something I’d have never expected, and would die happy knowing exists.

I can assure everyone here, that once you purchase the game and try it for yourself, you WILL agree with Jason. It looks every bit as bad as he is suggesting, and WORSE. The filter used looks atrocious. The tiling looks so bad. Yes, the original is similar, but it blends in much better. I mean the whole game looks

I assure you they look worse in the actual game. It really is that bad.

It’s more than that. I too game on both console and PC. There is something about 30fps that PCs don’t like, and ends up looking actually less fluid than 30fps on cosnoles. I know all about half refresh, capping fps, frametimes, frame pacing and whatnot, but no matter any variation of setting, 30fps acually does feel
