There's a difference between porting a 3D game, and redrawing sprites. Redraing sprites, essentially means making a new game from the ground up. 3D games = replacing old assets with new assets, which is a much simpler process, especially with games from the PS2-PS3 era.

Lol, check the FFXIII ports. They are horribly optimized, with tons of issues.

Star Ocean 4 was awesome, barring the bad voices and creepy doll faces.

Haters gonna hate, but Star Ocean: The Last Hope/International was awesome sauce. Sure, the voice acting was...iffy, and sure the dollfaces were a little creepy at times, but nothing can take away from the amazing battle system, amazing soundtrack, and great exploration/areas/worlds. I love that game.

Geno is indispensable for owning Mario RPG. His group buffs, and mob destroying Geno Whirl? Come on. He was amazing.

Considering she has the strongest weapon in the game, not counting Barret and Cloud, which she has zero penalties, you're absolutely dead wrong. She has a variety of useful limit breaks, and has good stats among a game where any character can do anything. So no, not useless at all. Learn the game.
