Perhaps for season 31 someone who doesn't weigh down every review in "this isn't as good as old Simpson's." This review was one of the worst yet for that.

Also - “Do you know how they pay Raymond?” “In ugly jackets?”

  • That was some pretty weak writing for explaining Elena’s absence, given that in season 1 she seems to be quite close with Eve and is hooking up with Kenny. Eve barely even reacts!”

This would have been far easier to watch without Marc Marron - sorry, I won’t forget the fact that he was a willing and eager participant in one of RuPaul’s transphobic rants.

I thought the Ben Stone character on “Law & Order” was awful, I definitely wouldn’t have kept watching if I had seen it from the start.

I was disappointed in this episode, not one of their stronger outings.

“Les Mis” - perfect from beginning to end!

The problem is that “Rent” was never a good show. The songs are good, but the story itself is muddled and just poorly-told.

First I want to make the point that this series does not qualify for the Star Trek canon (in my opinion) - Star Trek is meant to be on TV, not on a streaming service - CBS has a network, show it there!!!

“RuPaul’s Drag Race is many things. It’s a drag revue; a variety show; a vehicle spotlighting queer excellence, acceptance, and understanding”

(regardless of your opinion about how far “the good years” are retreating in the rear-view mirror)“

(regardless of your opinion about how far “the good years” are retreating in the rear-view mirror)“

I found this to be one of the weaker episodes - I ended up fast forwarding through a few parts

Professor Farnsworth is seen pushing a “Science of Futurama” display past in the background at the Springfield science museum, because breezy, lazy crossover jokes are funny to some people, I guess.”

I wasn’t a fan of this episode at all - of course I tend to not like Tina-centered episodes. But it was still good for Gene’s one-liners.

Why not? Signing a contract with them means you can’t criticize them? That sounds kinda un-American.

This is a team with an owner who denies the undisputable racism in their team name, you think he’s going to allow the signing of a quarterback with such a solid history of social justice activism?

Marge, early on, and I am no doubt misquoting - “I’m always worried that I’m wrong about how I felt about what I watched”

If people don’t like the Simpson’s just stop watching it!!! I still like the show, I don’t spend my time wondering if it’s as good as it was - it’s a cartoon!

My favorite one-liner was when the kids went to look at the broken fountain and Gene says “We’re having a good childhood.” But in my view Gene always has the best lines :-)

Drag is not trans, so the trans and cis references in this review are inappropriate. With the transphobic RuPaul as a guest I might pass on this episode.
