While I’d love to think that even current SCOTUS wouldn’t overturn precedent, I have no confidence that certain conservative jurists wouldn’t accept a direct challenge to Harris’s eligibility for purely political reasons.

How have these fragile ass people survived to this point if someone sitting down, minding their business throws them into a rage? Imagine if we started using micro-aggressions against them, they’d probably go buy some damn tiki torches and polos immediately.

How about respecting, oh, I don’t know - people? Other humans? Would anyone rush into a burning building to save a flag? No. Would anyone donate their kidney to nation state? No. So why are they asking us to respect something that is empirically less important than other human beings?

I lived in Riverside for a decade and CBU is racist AF. There will be never be an expulsion for this because the school is at the heart of Trumps base. Maybe they’ll be forced to do community service, but just for the sake of PR. CBU students are the worst; they spend their free time proselytizing at local coffee…

I watch these things and it is incredible how calm the people who are having this done to them are. Just know that someone is going to do this to the wrong person and the reaction will be different. When it is and they get dealt with, I don’t want to hear anything other than “I should have left them alone.”
