Square has shown lately that they are pretty good at taking products met with initially poor feedback and that the very least absorbing feedback and making an honest effort to turn it around. So if doing it during development results in a better game I’m all for it.

The problem with that view is that it assumes games have a one time development cost and that’s it. Maintaining servers costs money, customer service costs money, patches cost money. Hell the big 3 used to(don’t know if they still do) charge a fee just to release a patch. There was a story a while back of an indie dev

It’s really all about timing. You probably just got used to the lag as that’s how you learned it. I bet if you played it straight off the disc instead of on Now, your timing would be crap.

Not really the same thing. In Wow, The game changes as you level, in gear, talents, and abilities available. Level 19 PVP is not the same as level 110 PVP.

Look up Thrill Kill for PSone.

My dream is them restoring some of the content that was cut when it was ported from CD to cart.

I wonder if they’ll restore any of the deleted SNES CD content.

“beloved story”

The quality is a question mark. I believe this is the second one being ported with Steam in mind from the start. All the other PC FF games were ports of ports.

The difference is that it’s not required. There may bee leagues, but no one owns swimming, no one owns track, no one owns baseball. For any e-sport to be in the games however, it requires a game that is actually owned.

So a mode that focuses on the game’s strengths(gameplay) while forgoing its weaknesses(story). Sounds good to me.

All the spinoffs have been canon, why would they stop here?

hey some of those look interesting, where can I watch.....oh amazon...nevermind”

They actually do that? Usually, I see the movie being butchered to fit in a normal 2-2.5 hour time slot. I remember many years ago I saw a local station running the Mario movie in a 90 minute slot, including commercials. Was damn hilarious.

It’s Kingdom Hearts, confusion about the plot will be present regardless.

international flights are great. When I fly to NY from Socal and back to visit family I’m happy if I get snacks and a drink. Flew to Japan last month and over the course of the flight got snacks, drinks, a pretty decent meal, ice cream, and a chicken pot pie before landing, along with my choice of about 200 movies and

I think by the age of 2 you can stop using months as the age measurement.

Back on PS2 I put 40 hours into it before I woke up one day and realized there was almost nothing I liked about the game. The story was boring, as were most of the characters. Vaan is a terrible protagonist. The art direction and level design is not even remotely up to series standards. Gameplay was ok but from what I

Nothing new, XBox has never been big in Japan. I remember all the gaming media sites making articles announcing when the 360 finally crossed 1 million sales there...something like 4 years after it came out. I was there in June, The Xbox section at many places looked like the Vita section of stores in the US.

Been in line for badge since a little past 12. Finally have the end in sight. Exhibition hall closes at 6. Panels and events go fairly deep into night. Still, not getting much out of my 1 day pass. Never seen it this bad. Can confirm the line stretches into downtown. I went under i-10 4 times
