Blaming Americans for not buying American? That’s rich, considering that GM’s vehicles have always missed the bar intentionally.

It’s never the market’s fault. All decisions made by the market are directly related to the product. After decades of eroding brand value while other products are innovating, no one is just going to turn around and buy Chevy because “its time to give them a chance again.”

GM:

You want a used 1/2 ton. It’s going to be easier to find, likely cheaper, nugatory fuel penalty and an all around nice place to be while driving it.

“can”.
i can keep dreaming...

In 2019, you can buy, new:

“”Sounds like visibility will be decent, too; the A-pillar has been designed to minimize blind spots so that drivers won’t have to spend as much time craning around them to see to the left and right of the car.””

That’s a saying all over the country.

Shut up and take my money!!!! For those who don’t know below is the mid4 concept Nissan made that was literally at the final stages before being put into production and they axed it. Man this needs to be revived.

Someone pointed this out in one of the Ghosn articles, but it really blows my mind when you go back in time and see how stunning and cool Nissan (and Datsun obviously) used to be.

Yup, it’s great for people who can truly afford the car and were planning to buy one soon anyway. It’s still $550 per month if you’re financing $40k, though... and you’ll still be paying that in year 6 on a 5-year-old car with 75k miles.

Quite the contrary, most are wonderful people who are great people leaders.  The few get the majority of news coverage.

We are lucky enough to get them here in australia. The thing is there are so many good sporty options these days it’s easy to forget the swift.
Thankfully the car talks for itself -every time a journalist reviews one they gush about its abilities.

I didn’t know any of this until I read these two articles. While I find it interesting, I can already see people who don’t like the Supra “because Toyota should have built their own car” using this as more fuel. I think it’s fine, because the alternative is having no Supra at all

If only we could find someone to drive it across country to the east coast?

This thing probably cost at least $40k to build.

The electronics alone on this car are worth the price and knowing John, this car would be worth every penny even without them. I think this was Blake’s old car from Primitive Rally before John picked it up.

Your concept of seeing the dentist outside of the dentist office intrigues me.
