As far as 99% of the population is concerned, it’ll be a sports car in terms of function: The 2.7L with the eight-speed should make it fire off like a rocket ship, and the suspension will be tight enough to basically ignore the ride height issues at anything short of a race track.

You could probably purchase a couple of top level racing teams for that amount of money. Certainly you could afford to buy an F3 team, an F2 team, and an F1 team and race your way up the ladder until you’re an F1 driver. Would be a fun way to blow a couple hundred million.

Yeah, it’s weird how they don’t mention 1 performance specification of the car.  It accelerates as fast as a _____?  It can go around a track in the same time as a _____?  

Except for Mustang & truxk/suv/cuv enthusiasts the rest of the blue oval guys want the high margin vehicles to pick up the tab. ST cars might have squeaked by and probably the RS as well but the base cars were either no or negative margin vehicles.
