Hot take: The roommate’s reaction to the pun guy was 100% warranted.

he was good in John from Cincinnati.

I’ll wait for the G-rated Heckboy

This is the movie that started me toward disliking the MCU. The disaster porn of dropping a city from the sky was just too much. It was just over the top and convoluted. Civil War better because it was a smaller character driven movie where the big fight was just between a few jet ways. After Ultron I just care less.

I wonder if some movies are made purely with the intent to be watched in the economy section of a United flight.

You dumb fuckwad. Even though I assumed they’d been pre-killed, because why would they be lounging around in a room next to a big gun battle, you still shouldn’t be spoiling shit.

They would’ve lost, though, setting up the overplayed Empire Strikes Back-style bummer ending and leading to a third movie that was—as Smith puts—literally just the Justice League fighting Darkseid’s army on a “devastated” Earth.

I love watching his bits on YouTube, I pretty much just skip the interviews though.

This was just recycled from the James Franco roast.

So, this is the sequel to The Blind Side, right?

This is great! Thanks for introducing me to IDLES.

The A.V. Club’s willingness to claim they are the critical consensus has spiked while the depth and breadth of their reviews have plummeted. I thought Season 3 was a return to form, but I don’t pretend my view is automatically the correct one. Even though my perspective is much more in line with the critical consensus.

I’m glad to hear that this is good. The trailer got me pretty excited and also confused. The animation style looked too good to be a superhero movie.

I’m enjoying the disconnect between the people who think you were making a music joke and those who know you’re referencing a line from the film.

zing~!

Now I want to see Dave Foley play an evil wizard. That sounds much better than this.

Calling Depp’s reveal in the last movie a ‘Scooby-Doo reveal’ is dead perfect. I remember the reactions in the theater ranged from bemused to annoyed. ‘Oh, shit. Him again? More crazy makeup and hair?’
