I strongly doubt 0.189 Hz is accurate. at that point they’re measuring the building vibration.

i remember watching the director commentary on the theatrical cut of Donnie Darko and thinking that he made a totally different movie than the one i watched. i think the directors cut “leaned into” that decision.
