I agree, I don’t mind the competitor promoting a cause for which they are directly involved in. I do mind when the competitor is just selling me an opnion. And no mattet the intentions, someone can always interpreted it as the latter.

First Gear:
How many fax machines would the fax machine summoner be able to summon until the alternate universe caught on and stopped making fax machines? Making the fax machine summoner useless.
LOL don’t me started on religion.
Well I never thought I’d see the day when 3rd gen F-Bodies were pushing 5 figures, but here we are. I’m sure if was one of the last ones left 50 years from now someone might pay something like that for it. $100k might buy you a median priced car by then too so...
If is was some ridiculous mileage like 240 or 2,400 I could see preserving it. But ther are two years worth of miles on it. Its a late model used car. Your going to be waiting a while for these to come even close to the $100,000 mark they are looking for.
Jesus, the base starts at $91k
Putting aside everything else aside on this story. My one question is, why only the windows?
Full car, AE86. For parts, 80’s/90’s Hondas. I would be nice to have a classic industries type of place for older hondas and toyotas.
In relation to this, what are the best ways to find a car that’s 10+ years old and somewhat rare given it’s age and handly work from previous owners. I’ve been perusing for 4th gens Preludes for a while on craigslist, facebook, BAT and autotempest. There isn’t too much out there, even on the model specific forums. I…
That’s what I don’t understand. Clarkson/Hammond/May weren’t racers or overly skilled wheelers. They were just regular blokes who were enthusiastic about cars. Each could present their perspectives/opinions well as a group or individually.
I have a fantasy of winning the lotto then buying one of those ferrari 250 for whatever ridiculous amount and hoon the shit out of it let just about anyone drive it. But in all honesty, I’d probably have a small warehouse full of mostly hondas. Although a Toyota Landcruiser would be the first automotive purchase I…
No one is forcing you to work there.
You get all of the stars.
I definitely do not miss crawling into my BRZ in morning. The 4Runner is so much more easier to get into. I miss the BRZ in the twisties and the back roads though.
You have to ask the heads older than me. Too me buick was the working mans luxury car. Slotted between Chevy and Cadillac, but I feel you could make the same argument for Oldsmobile.
The systems stated need to be standardized and accomplish the same thing across the board. So no matter what car you hop in they all work similarly and are placed in the same locations. It’s one thing not to have volume knobs, its another when it’s a safety feature.
For the price you can’t beat the 4Runner in utility. Also the Runner takes regular in lieu of premium like those others. Plus seats are super comfy and it rides like a Cadillac on highway, I love mine.
My 4Runner is pre-infotainment. I picked up a touch screen kenwood unit mostly because the OE HU and speakers are terrible for sound quailty. But I also picked up one of those weighted pads for my garmin nuvi and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I had a BRZ with navi built-in the HU and drove my buddies Typer-R with…
And yet, here you are, still posting.
