What do they plan to sell?  I believe it’s the entire company.  (If they can find a buyer).

One of my buds owns a Palatov D1 which sports the Hartley H1.  Been a good engine, but DOES require rebuilds more often than the owner of a street car would like.

Came here to post this.  Leaving happy.

Awesome! I hope they come back to Portland with this new car so that I can compare it’s laptimes to the SCCA lap records. The outgoing car’s best qualifying lap was slower around PIR than the best race laps for 3-4 SCCA classes. I’m hoping this new car is closer to Indycar speeds.

I prefer MY cars to have NO “milage”.  You know how nasty that stuff can be.

OK, that does it.  I love the brand, and I’ve decided that I’m going to skimp and save my money, and someday, I might have enough money to visit a museum where 1 of the 5 of these that they’ll sell will be on display.

Nope! While the wife was shopping in 85C I walked over and looked at them. I had never heard of the company before, and was shocked at how narrow it was.

Google to the rescue!

These used to be for sale at a kiosk like thing in a mall in Portland.  (Right near the 85C bakery).

Price doesn’t matter.   It’s ALWAYS a pass.

Is that the purchase price, or the yearly maintenance bill? (Or maybe it’s both).

Hey Redbull!  I’d do it for HALF that!

For the last couple of years Formula E has raced at my local track PIR (Portland). PIR is good because the track is the track, and you can’t make significant changes to it. There’s no way to make “short cuts” or anything stupid like they normally do. This has afforded me the opportunity to compare their lap times to

I talked to a couple that had one at a cars and coffee and they said their biggest gripe was that it was impossible to miss a pothole without a serious dodge.  As you hit it with either one of the front wheels, or the real wheel.

“Electric cars show up with impossibly quick 0-60 times causing ICE engined car manufacturer to quickly downplay the importance of 0-60 times”

It’s really the only conclusion that makes sense at this point.

*shrugs*

Huh, so they’ve made the Soul electric now?

I think a HUD is awesome.  Should be available on EVERY car.

This is like “My car can only use UNLEADED electricity, but every charger near me only has LEADED”.

And yet Ariel Atoms are still illegal to drive on the street in TX.  (At least the last I heard).
