Technique is always more important. However you will always need power to spin the tires. A good pair of tires can make all the difference, if you do not have the power to burn Hankook RS3's in the rear, at least put a pair on the front to have good control!

Because that movie is a childhood classic...

You should always try to keep your hands on each side of the steering wheel. Imagine there is a centerline that you cannot cross your left hand to the right side and vice versa...

There were several cars from the 60s-70s era of NASCAR which were just a pile of rust and almost unrecognizable. Those will be worth in the million dollar range they are finished.

I would consider it yes. However I feel that drifting will always be my number one passion. Many of the Hankook drivers feel the same way!

It would be nice to have some events down in Baltimore but honestly, nothing will ever compare to Clubloose at Englishtown. It is only 2.5 -3 hours away and well worth the drive. There are a lot of drivers that drive up to 6-8 hours to attend those events.

Clearly we would need at least 2,000 to keep up with the cars in Formula Drift 2015.

What happened to 13-15? Did they already get picked up by Vaughn, Ryan, and Tony?

Exactly, that is also why they do so well in drifting... The more heat, the better!

Yes, just like most action sports. We have an area where we are able to show our skills and control within a certain amount of time (or distance).

Just wait, we may have something in store for you guys.

Because I wanted to...

Not anything in particular. But we do generally have some solid rock and roll in our pit playing throughout the day.

I definitely prefer drift over grip. I feel that the Z platform really does make for a great track car. It is small and nimble, and with a set of Hankook RS3's, you can have a great handling car!

I run the ASD handbrake in my cars, it is a nice cnc'd handle that is attached to a Wilwood master cylinder.

I actually had the opportunity to drift the first few miles of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb (up and downhill!) back in 2005. It was sketchy but very fun.

Drifting does give a driver a great amount of not only car control but mental control. We are forced to go from a stand still to putting down the run of our life in less than 20seconds. There is no room for error. I feel that several drifters have gone on to very successful racing careers.

I feel that Japan did a great job with setting the trend of drifting, however I feel that America has made the sport recognized worldwide. The mentality of bigger and faster did take over for some time but now style is weighed much heavier in Formula Drift. Which is causing drivers to loosen their cars and drive like

I love the RS3, it is an amazing tire with great consistency. We use it on everything from our competition car, to the M56, my missile car, and even my Datsun!
