He's talking about the #51. It wasn't a tire though, it was one the the Muck-Off billboards that he hit was stick to the front of his car and was flapping around. It's black and flapping so it was confused as a tire.

I lost a lot of respect for Bruni for that move. It was clearly intentional. There is no way being 100 laps down you should be battling for position with the class leader like that on the last lap.

There are really six but since the ALMS cars and WEC cars will be scored separately there are 9. For example GTE-Pro and GT are the same and they will be racing each-other, but the points will be scored separately.
