Tail lights on a Durango are different, they have the two little pods that stick outward. I think they would be fairly predominant in the photo. Secondly the upper license plate trim panel has the downward kick to house the Chrysler logo, not see on the dodge, its flat.

Roof Rails don’t line up nor are they color matched, not sure if this was an option or not.
